10 Stars. I have been in different small businesses before. But, have never
had such a complete detailed how to before. I highly recommend this book for
anyone, who might be thinking of going into business. I give Mr. Ennico credit
for making boring subjects interesting. Thanks! Someone, finally got it right.

This book is an invaluable resource for any ebay seller. I met Cliff Ennico at eBay Live in Boston this year and attended his seminars on the taxing questions on taxes faced by sellers. Mr. Ennico uses common language to help us understand the complexities.
Included in the book is a copy of a suggested "General Terms and Conditions" statement that you should be using on all of your listings. Personalize it to your specific needs, and you're covered. This alone was worth the price of the book.
I highly recommend The Ebay Seller's Tax and Legal Answer Book by Cliff Ennico.
