
Eat Clean Cookbook by Tosca Reno

This is an excellent cook book for anyone who is into "clean eating", working out, and/or taking care of your body. I can honestly say that "clean eating" is what will help you get the body you want when combined with moderate cardio and weight training. I know. I've done it. This is not a trick by Tosca Reno to sell books. It's the only way to look and feel healthy. I also bought the Eat Clean Diet Workout book and The Eat Clean Diet book. They are all excellent for anyone---from the person who is just beginning to workout (or who is still just thinking about it) to the advanced level exerciser who is looking for that little "something" to change up their routine. No matter who you are--you will learn some new things. Tosca Reno tells it like it is. She lets you know how she was once someone who did not take care of herself. She tells you how she decided to make her life better by making her health a priority. And she admits that she started at ground zero and knew next to nothing at all about cardio and weight training and not a whole lot about clean eating. She gently guides you through the process of getting started.
The cookbook---it is great. There are some "exotic" ingredients (like maple sugar flakes) in the recipes that I've had a hard time finding even in the health food stores around here, but it has been fun trying some new things. There is a section for every meal--breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks. Bottom line, if you're into eating right, taking care of yourself, and you like to cook, you will love this cookbook!
