The first week after this purchase i was patient. Then the 2nd week i hadto send a request asking where my product was. The response from the seller was prompt and kind, however the excuse of, "the front desk must've forgot to mail it." was a little suspicious. The seller asked if i wanted to cancel the order or continue doing business. Being a good natured person i figured i would give him the benefit of the doubt, so i told him to go ahead and resend it. Well apparently he never went to check on the product, because after a couple more weeks, and yet another answer seeking e-mail; i was informed by the seller that the product must have been stolen and never sent. This kinda crap happens regularly in ebay an for me not to get some kind of courtesy e-mail saying the product was missing or sent, becomes a huge waste of my time. I'm sure there are several buyers out there who would agree that, when a product is mailed to the buyer, a message stating that the product is on it's way should be mandatory. Instead of us poor un-suspecting souls tapping our fingers 7 to 10 business days waiting, and then having to track down the seller by making an extensive long drawn out claim, we as buyers should have the right to be notified step by step where our merchandise is. We place our trust in this service yet never get anything in return but a reminder that we need to leave feedback. Well here's my feedback and i hope it opens your eyes to the way things are going on this site. Instead of merchandise, we get migranes. Instead of service, we get sympathy. Someone please take the time to better assist us customers, and meet our needs before we realize that getting of our lazy asses and going to the store is less of a headache and we take our business elsewhere.
