I love it, I want to learn Samba and this DVD is great! I teach a dance class and i need to innovate my class by learning new steps and this DVD has it. thanks a lot.

) The Cardio Samba Workout DVD is so much fun. If you like to dance this is the DVD for you. Now I will answer the question that no one answered for me when I was reading reviews. Weight loss uh...? It is really like any other workout tape or dvd, you must alter your diet. It is good cardio for both a beginner and some one who is advanced. You can loose weight with this dvd but you MUST change your diet.
