The Broken Hearts Club (DVD, 2001)

This is a heart warming story about a group of guys just trying to find happiness through the meaningless relationships they have. The older Father figure of the group, Jack, is played by John Mahoney. He is wonderful, such a delight to watch. Warning: "The shortest distance between friends isn't always a straight line."

I love the whole theme of the movie, everything is great about it. I decided to buy it because after months of looking for it elsewhere i turned here on ebay and found it at a reasonable price

Okay so maybe being a lesbian helps me love this movie, but I really think anyone with a heart and a soul will love it. The performances are exquisite, the camera work is interesting and the story is engaging. I dare you not to fall in love with all the characters. It's even better after you watch it with the director's commentary on, because you find out just how they made this movie with such a small budget, and yet it's so much better than many big budget films. It's as much a movie about friendship as anything else, the characters just happen to be gay. It is also incredibly funny. Buy it now!!
