
More than what I expected

I bought this book because I didn't want to join a gym or diet anymore. I want to enjoy food and not dread each meal time. I was not active and I did not enjoy working out. I am very pleased with the book because it contained everything I was looking for. I have a structured workout plan that is easy to follow. There are several routines so I don't get bored.I didn't have to buy a lot of expensive equipment.The most important of all, I see physical results. I have lost over two dress sizes in the last three months. It's a result in weight loss, but also being more toned. My weight has not increased and I am able to eat without being on a restricting diet. I look forward to my workouts now. I have put forth so much effort, I am not about to quit or overeat again. This book is about working hard, and being ready for a change.If you are looking for a quick fix with no effort, this book is not for you.
