The Basic Practice of Statistics by David S. Moore (2006, Package)

Everything about the book was fine, except for the fact the course is managed through a proprietary website which requires a code that comes on new books only. I had to purchase this code separately and ended up not saving any money in making the purchase online. In the end, all I got was a two-week wait for a used book.

i liked it because it was cheaper than the price at my school. the condition was jjust like new as it was described.

I purchased a textbook that I needed for one of my college courses. I purchased it with the intent of neeeding a good book, the right edition, and speedy delivery. I found the exact book I needed, at a below average asking price, hardcover (which is usually more expensive than softcover, but it wasn't in this case), and brand new. It was delivered to me as quick as possible so I could use it for my course. It was perfect. I'm really glad I bought it off e-bay. Maybe I am just lucky and got ahold of a great seller, but whatever it was, it worked great!

At first the wrong address was put on the package, but the seller willingly mailed the book again, and it came quickly and now it is all good. Was very kind for being willing to do it twice. Thank you.

This book is in perfect condition and even has the software CD on the back cover. Everything that I needed.

I bought The Basic Practice of Statistics by David S Moore off of eBay because I needed it for school. It was very useful, and I liked the purchasing price of this item. I did not want to pay too much for a book that I planned to use sparingly. I would reccommend this book for any student on a budget.

I needed this book for a summer class and fast. I got it in good time and it was in fair condition. There were lots of highligts and markings from someone studying. Overall the book was worth the need and I passed the class.

This book is new and in great shape for a good price. But it is not very good in explaning how to solve some problems.

Its a college textbook what more can I say. You need it for class its not like youre going to buy it for fun.

I used half.com to save money on books. However there is reason why its so low. The communication between the buyer and seller is nonexistant, unrelaible, and untrustworthy. The buyer has no power whatsoever and I got jibbed. I will never use half.com ever again.

I ordered the book along with 5 others from different sellers. This was the only one I never received, and never got refunded the money!

Im still using this textbook in my statistics class--I guess I have no choice in choosing this book as it is required for the class. As far as a math book, it is clear with many examples. I would recommend it.

It was a brand new book and I got it for $30 less than our school bookstore. I had to buy it for a class.

needed to complete this class. Statistics isn't the the most interesting class to take in my opionion, so this Book helped to keep me focused and it was a very well written book. It made the class easier to handle by having it.

I bought a book named The Basic Practice of Statistics, and it was acturly chaper than i buy it at the school. And also it's better to buy it on ebay because school only sells it with soft cover, and i liked hard cover better, which i got it from ebay. i also liked that it was faster recieving than i expected.
