The Bank Job is a movie that is based upon actual events surrounding a bank robbery in London. Jason Statham plays the leader of the Walkie-Talkie gang who takes down a secure bank in London. Once they rob the bank they are thrust into a dangerous situation as they loot a number of items that cause a local gang, a political activist, and the British Secret Service to start hunting for them.

The movie starts off slow and very sexual. So I'd not recommend watching this with younger children. However, once the movie starts rolling it is very addictive and you want to see what happens at the end!

I expected this movie to be somewhat entertaining, and maybe a bit cheesy. After all, it's not difficult to muck up a heist movie. However, this film gets it all right. The acting is top notch, the story is not only engaging and clever but TRUE (!), and the experience of seeing it is thoroughly enjoyable.

The only complaints I have of the film are that the characters do get a little cheeky from time to time (but hey, they're British, so it's kind of expected), and there's a couple flashbacks/lapses in time that are initially confusing - although everything is clearly laid out about halfway through. Want to see a good movie? Check this one out!

Jason Statham gives a great performance in this film which is based on actual events. As the leader of the gang that pulls off the robbery of London Bank.

The movie starts off a little slow but as the film progresses your interest is captured and is held until the end. I am unsure of how much is actual fact and how much is creative license but with all the screw ups that take place during the robbery it is astonishing that the bank was every robbed.

There are some very good supporting performances by David Suchet (Porn King Vogel) and Saffron Burrows (Martine Love).

If you like action movies and are a Statham fan then this movie is a definite must see.

The movie was fantastic! Jason Statham what else can you say! Also includes a digital copy as well. Base on a true story about a greatest bank heist in British history.But what they don't know about the true intentions of the robbery could get them all killed. gone very wrong.

Great Movie. excellent quality. loved it, really dont know what to say, other than it was a great movie. comediac, entertaining, action. everything you need in a movie. even a little bit of romance, great buy.

Anything with Jason Statham in it is awesome. As with any Statham movie, complete with all the action you could want. All you need to know.

Blue Ray disc was packaged as new, however the picture quality was poor as well as a very low sound volume.

The Bank Job is excellent movie all around. A perfect blend of comedy, suspense and crime, with a little bit of sexiness tossed in!
