I had checked this book out from the library and was very interested in doing this workout. As I read about it, I decided I wanted my own copy of the book to guide me through the workouts. The exercises look simple and easy to follow. They are not hard to do, and they definitely work your muscles. I felt energized after the first workout. The book outlines everything you have to do. Jorge Cruise also explains the importance of eating correctly and resting between workouts. I recommend this book to anyone who is looking for a program that is easy to stick to yet gives you a great workout. I am very glad I purchased this book.

This is an amazing collection of exercises & suggestions for fitness, specifically for middle aged people. The author has prepared a very effective program for weight loss as well as body toning. The illustration was extremely helpful & simple to follow.
This book is worth keeping as reference.

This is an awesome and very effective program. I have been a fitness instructor but never really lifted weights and was looking for something to get started and THIS is the program. I have followed the simple 8 week challenage and can REALLY tell the difference. Hard to believe that you can change your body composition in 8 weeks with just 2 20 minutes sessions a week but you can.
