Wow, ...WOW... best rap album ever recorded.
Every song is a hit, no fillers.
I'm into alternative 90's rock mainly, but this album is in my personal top 3.
If you like gangsta rap, you must have this.

) The Carter is a must have CD for any lil wayne fan, it has been produced with heavy base as the theme, however waynes's flowing bars are not lost amongst the base. If you love the Carter III get The Carter it will not disappoint!
