This calculator will perform the time value of money calculations needed for business classes or Mortgage Calculations. Usage is simple, enter interest rate, length of mortgage, and amount borrowed. In a fraction of a second you have the payment. Now, change from a 30 year to a 15 year mortgage and see the change in payment. Change the interest rate and see new payment. Add $100 to your payment and see how much faster the mortgage will be paid off.
This is a classic calculator, solar powered, it doesn't get better than this. Sorry TI discontinued this model
