Tetris Plus (PlayStation, 1997)

Unlike other Tetris Games where you just drop blocks into place. This game has 4 different game modes. The classic,versus,edit,& quest.
Where you go to ancient places & go through stages finding treasures.
What makes the quest different they already have block in the board.
You have to get the guy that looks like Mario to the bottom to complete each stage.

Now unlike the normal mode of you have to match exact colors.You just have to remove the blocks. The color doesn't matter as long as you clear the board which is cool. I keep 1 to play I recommend this game to any puzzle or Tetris fan.

This is actually my second copy of Tetris. I am glad to get an exact replacement for the one I wore out.

There's a saying "There's No School Like Old School". Well, Tetris is a classic example of Old School gaming excellence. It has all the bells and whistles a game-head could want.

Tetris is one of the greatest video games ever invented. For people who like puzzle games, bright colors, great music and sound effects, the original classic Tetris wins hands down. Gameplay is mesmerizing, and addictive at the same time. You will find that hours can slip away while you groove to the soundtrack and eliminate lines. Another important part of the game is the "feedback guy" who gives you commentary on the game. Along with adding up points, the better plays you make the more congrats you get from the feedback guy.

This particular version of Tetris has different modes of play including an Edit Mode where you can design a game to your own taste. Tetris is never boring because of the different modes. You can have more than one mode of game going, and switch back and forth between them as you like.

All in all, for the Old School Gamehead Tetris is a game to love and play down through the years.

i too am disappointed with this seller as is "discountdeepdigitalvideodiscs", i won the auction at 6.99 + 2.00 shipping and was tickled pink until i received the game in the mail cracked so as i cannot play it. contacted seller and he more or less called me a liar. all i asked was that he replace the game and he put bad feedback for me and called me a scam buyer.filed with pay pal but i guess it won't do me any good as discount only got half his money back...i just want game replaced

I was very upset with the seller of this item. The item was in wrapping and the case was correct but I was obviously ripped off. I received a different game inside the case. I had a very dishonest seller.

It's just like the original. We love it. I bought it because I love the original version and was looking to play it on my son's playstation 2.

just wanted the old school tetris to play against my wifey and got the wrong one...will prob put back on ebay for 3 bucks ha ha :)

tetris plus is a great game to play with somebody else in vs mode but it is too short game also has a puzzle mode wich is the best me and my husband love to play that one alot. very hard to find game if you see it snatch it up you wont be dissapointed if you like that sort of game.

this game is 1 of my fac old school game, it's like an upgraded version of old tetris. if you like simple games, this is it for you.

I love this game because I've played it growing up. It's like regular tetris, except with a twist. I bought it because it has been so long since I've played it, and I've looked for it in stores EVERYWHERE but couldn't find it, until i looked on here and found it for a very reasonable price =).

this game rules, tetris is probably my favorite game. I love this tetris plus though, it's got a puzzle/adventure type mode thats been a lot of fun.

The game plays nice and smooth just like i remember playing it back in the 90's its a great classic game and this one with a puzzle twist its awesome and i recommend it to anyone who enjoys playing the orginial tetris games!

Again this is a very old game, but a great one. All of us like it, hours of fun, no bordom here.We have competition on who lasts the longest. Grand kids love it too. Not a hard game at all.

Tetris Plus is like Tetris, with a twist. You have a puzzle of Tetris pieces laid out at the beginning of the level that you have to clear so that your character can reach the bottom of the level and advance to the next.

This twist on Tetris really keeps me involved, being that there is an objective aside from just getting a bunch of points.

The game also has classic Tetris on the disc if you really want to just play that version.

its classic tetris mixed with a new wave sound track and vibrant colors. i loved playing tetris plus as i kid and now that i have it again... ahhh the memories. 30/10

It is a classic game! It was fun to play many years ago and is still fun to play today. It is great that I can play it on the Playstation 3. I have passed the fun on to my kids. They love it also!

If anyone likes the orginal Tetris game, they are going to absolutly love this game. Two players can play side by side, or can even battle eachother. There's this great little irritating professor that wants to climb and when he does he gets crunched! Very Fun! Highly reccomend this game for anyone that likes puzzle games.

this game is fun to play, easy to understand and to play. Challenging puzzles ,both the kids and the adults alike enjoy this game in my household.We only wish the screen was bigger while playing the classic tetris.
