Genius madman conquers time

Having heard oft times of Nikola Tesla, I borrowed and read this book while on a vacation to the Texas Gulf Coast. Once I got started, it was nearly impossible to put down. The biography was inspirational for me because it told the story of an inventor who didn't bother to document many of his findings due to the fact he had supernaturally gifted memory.
Who couldn't be amused and inspired to read of someone who went against the grain, amused himself with phobias, and was a popular man-about-town. Time was on his side as many of his inventions, with passage of time, pre-dated popular commercial successes.
When it came time to return the book, I was pleased to find it on an online auction site and pleasantly surprised to receive it in good condition.
