I found this book with many pictures of dolls from the 40's & 50's. This helped with the purchases of a doll. I had a doll in the late 50's and need some comformation on the looks. Marking on their backs or other marks to date doll.

Took doll out of shipping box and her arm fell off. Notified seller, sent pictures of the damage to her and she was great and refunded me for doll and shipping cost.

I absolutely loved all the photos depicting the different stages of development of the Terri Lee Doll company. It was rather easy to read and actually quite sequential. An area of opportunity would be the absence of a section with miscellaneous items due to me not being able to find certain tagged outfits that I had in the book. I was however, able to "guestimate" which theme it applied to. I believe that the addition of a miscellaneous section titled 'OTHER COSTUMES' including the type of fabric used during a specified period would be helpful to the novice. MY FINAL REVIEW IS: I loved the book! Worth every single penny...
