Ten Little Ladybugs by Melanie Gerth (2001, Hardcover)

I have two daughters, and I bought this book originally for my first daughter when she was nine months old. We looked at this book so many times that I ended up buying three copies of it. When my second daughter found the book, it quickly became her favorite too. In fact, when we are in a bookstore, she always finds this one and wants to look at it!

My daughter's friend had this book and loved it. I went to eBay and found it right away and bid on it. The book arrived quickly and as described. It's a wonderful book for yound children. Very short verbage per page, bright colors, counts backwards. The only negative is the pages aren't as durable as a true board book and my daughter has already torn one page slightly, but other than that it is absolutely awesome.

This is a great story for children. The book has lots of action and the ladybugs are acturally touchable and countable.

You always take a risk when you order a used book. I appreciate this seller because the book was described and I know exactly what to expect. I got a fair deal from an honest seller.

I love this book. It teaches counting and is very colorful. My son loves it. Its easy for him to read along with the hard back pages and the little ladybugs 'bubble' out of the page so he can count them out load. Its definitly a favorite in our home...

My grand daughter's theme is Ladybug's...seeded like a good idea to buy this book. The book arrived in great condition. The seller was very nice and shipped fast. I would recommed her to anyone.

I used it in my preschool and the children really like counting the ladybugs and seeing hoe many there were.

The book was purchased by me for a little girl that saw it on vacation. I was lucky to find it thought. Since I had never heard of it. I really liked the book , it helps children feel, see, and learn counting and reading all at the same time . Better yet it was in great condition and saved by getting it off of ebay. Also was able to find other books about simular animals and critters. To help teach ! Thanks ! !

My 2 year old LOVES this book. He loves counting and he LOVES bugs. We read it just about everyday. He also likes all the other bugs that are in the book, not just the ladybugs. The colors in the book are vivid and the texture of the ladybugs keeps my sons attention for 2+ re-reads each time we sit to read this book. What a great find!

Great for introducing counting skills. Ladybugs are made of plastic and "disappear" one by one as you turn the pages. Very clever design. I recommend this book for toddlers.....especially those who love lady bugs.

This book is very well written for children learning their numbers. It rhymes, a cute story, is very colorful and is very easy for a 2 year old to follow along. We bought this book because we checked it out of the library and our 2 year old loved it so much we got it for her. Now she is reading it to us!! Great starter book too!
