Ten Days to Self-Esteem by David D. Burns M.D. (1999, Paperback, Reprint)

This book helps only if you truly work the steps that Dr. Burns asks of you. It really helps you with your self-esteem and teaches you the modalities you need to aid with distorted thinking. I believe anyone who is struggling with depression, anxiety, or low self-esteem should read this book and do the steps that are required by the author. It has taught me to change so many of my distorted ways of thinking. The book illustrates examples and provides exercises to work through so you can improve yourself and get rid of negative thinking. I highly recommend it.

I ordered the book in mid November, received a notice that the book would arrive by 5 Dec.. I was anxious to receive the book and improve mysely. Since it never arrived I have become very upset, causing depression. I have less self esteem and am in deep depression. I don't even feel like trying to order the book again through E-Bay. I might try to find a book on better business practices or self distruction. Oh well tomorrow is another day in the pit, or maybe not.
