Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles - Volume 5 (DVD, 2006)

Well...its here. Ninja Turtles vol 5;The continuation of 12 miraclous episodes throughout the classical series. At this stage of the volume,if you have not figured it out by now,the setting is still in season 3-1989. It introduces Super Rocksteady,Mighty Bebop,Usagi Yojimbo and Metalhead. Casey Jones makes an appearance once again, and If you diehard turtle fans remember ''Michaelangelo's Birthday'',ITS ON IT. Most of the episodes are fun to watch but there are 1 or 2 that are ok,but its part of the turtle regime so watch it anyways. No trailers or anything,just basic features,even though the DVD would look good with alittle upcoming entertainment. One problem I discovered was a color distortion through a couple of episodes on the volume. The distortion appears at the top of the screen,and If I remember correctly,it shows up more than once but its minor and nothing serious. That's the only thing I didn't like about it, because it develops an annoyance as you watch the episode. The set lights up your eyes with an illusional box cover of Raphael,nothing like the first volume box cover contained.TMNT volume 5 is still part of the spectactular series,so dont act like your not impressed,also not bad to pick up for 10 bucks.So what are you waiting for? Go out and buy it before the other guy does.

This had to happen eventually. For anyone who needs to know, volumes 1 and 2 are seasons 1 and 2 of the original Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. Volumes 3, 4, 5 and 6 make up season 3. It was a bit of an odd way to release them but if you want to catch EVERY episode of the original series, buying this DVD will start you on the way. So start with volume 3 for season 3 but make this (5) and volumes 4 and 6 next on your list for all 48 episodes of season 3

I am really happy with the movie. It is a brand new movie and arrived in perfect condition. The case has kind of a 3D effect, so makes it look pretty cool. I bought the movie to give to my 20 year old son for his birthday. He loved the Ninja Turtles, so I am kind of excited to give it to him.
