Ahhh the early ninties, when the grundge scene ruled the radio, Tome Cruise asked the world to show him the danger zone, and france was being invaded by germany. alright maybe i dont know my history but i do know that Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles in Time for the Super Nintendo should of stayed in the Arcade. this game is EASY, enough said anybody that can repededly tap the A button can beat this game in less that half an hour. sure its fun while it lasts, and if you have a friend the shell kicking doubles, but after you beat shredder for the last time, there really isnt a reason to pop the cart back in. if you were or still are a fan of these pizza loving teenage reptiles than give this game a try but you shouldnt shell out more than $10 for this game. that is why i give this game 2 Donetello's out of 5

This was my favorite game when I was little! I always watched the show on TV and watched the weird movies but the games were my favorite! I loved being the different turtles and using their various powers. I highly recommend you buy this and all of the Ninja Turtle games!

The game is in extremely good shape and for me, it brings back memories of the early 90's. I bought this for my son and he is enjoying it as much as I did.

TMNT 4: Turtles in Time for the Super Nintendo was and probably still is the best side-scrolling beat 'em up game ever created. You choose to play as one of the four Turtles: Leonardo, Donatello, Raphael, or Michaelangelo and go through several areas, and time periods, to try to recover what Krang and Shredder stole from New York: the Statue of Liberty. The game has very simple controls, with a basic attack button and an advanced attack button, as well as a jump button, and obviously the directional pad for movement. You go through 9-10 levels (depending on what you consider a level, one of them may be considered as 2 levels) and beat up hordes of foot clan members as well as other enemies to try and recover the stolen statue. Each level even has a boss battle at the end which makes the game better yet, and you can also set the difficulty level for the game, with the higher difficulty potentially having something extra to offer if you can survive. The icing on top of this awesome "cake" is that you can even go through with a friend and do a two-player campaign to take down the villains. The controls are simple, the levels are extremely fun, and you'll want to replay this game again and again. Let's face it, who wouldn't have a blast beating up on enemies with the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles?!? Cowabunga!!

This is another great game for the SNES. All of the TMNT games that are out right now on the next gen consoles do not stack up in any way to this or hyperstone heist.

This is one of the best beat-em ups of all-time. It's one of the best arcade to home ports that can ever be made. It's also one of the best Super Nintendo games. The game is well-paced, and plays very smoothly. The move list is huge: about 20 different moves can be performed.

The graphics are excellent. The music is awesome. The gameplay is top-notch, although a bit on the easy side. But, hey, there's nothing wrong with games being nice and easy. If you have a Super Nintendo, please do yourself a favor and go get this game if you don't have it already. Even if you don't have a Super NES, this game is reason enough to buy one.

Great game, Fast paced and Difficult, brings back old memories. I wish It was 4 players but Since the SNES has only 2 controller slots it can't be. It's still great to play with a friend.

This game brought back so many memories. The music, characters, graphics, and storyline are great for the SNES. If you are a fan of first generation TMNT cartoons then this game will not disappoint.

This game is classic. Excellent fighting and the closest to the arcade coin-op that can be had (outside of the extras on battle nexus 2). I love the beat-em-up style games and this is one of the greats!

I hadn't played this game in the longest time. I bought it for my brother for his birthday cause we both used to play it all the time. Great game. Only beef I have with it is that it is a lot shorter than I remember. I used to play that hours upon hours, but I played it for 25 minutes, beat it and there was no reason to play it again.

This game is awesome. It's basically a well-done street beat-em-up sidescroller, but it has the turtles in it which makes it even better. You'll fight classic TMNT villains such as Rocksteady, Bebop, Leatherhead, Tokka, Rahzar, and of course Shredder and Krang. The foot soldiers come after you with all kinds of weapons ranging from katanas to three-section-staffs to bombs and kunai, and even rock soldiers and mousers make an appearance. The story begins in the "Big Apple, 3:00 AM" and proceeds to the technidrome where the turtles begin their time-traveling adventure. One of the things that makes this game so famous is that you can grab your opponents and fling them at the screen (in fact, you have to do this to beat Shredder in one of the levels!) It's not too hard to beat, and it's a lot of fun on two-player. I definitely reccommend it, especially to old school TMNT fans.
