Excellent beginner guide to buying vintage teddy bears. Wonderful pictures and descriptions as well as manufacture information on older teddy bears from all over the world. I personally recommend the paperback version of this book as it can be easily taken along on one's vintage teddy bear treasure hunts. This was one of the first books I purchased over 4 years ago to help guide me through how to identify particular vintage teddy bear and how to tell a vintage teddy bear from a not so vintage teddy bear.

I am so happy to get this unique book for reasonable price. The true bears collector MUST have it! I was looking for this encyclopaedia everywhere.
Here you will find all your dream bears and even those that you might not even expect ever existed. Also perfect gift for the one you love.

I have been looking for this particular book at a reasonable price for quite some time. I found it on eBay. The book is an exellent reference for anyone who collects teddy bears. It is a great guide if you plan to bid on or sell that old bear from someones attic or flea market. It's small enough to tuck in your handbag to take with you to an auction. The only thing that would improve this guide to teddy bears, would be values. This book does not have a price guide.
