Tecmo Super Bowl (Super Nintendo, 1993)

When it first came out we teams up a played other guys from the neighborhood to prove who was the best, I'm a N.O. boy, so you know i played with the Saints, but i traded and put jerry rice, andre rison, micheal hayes, barry sanders, etc..onto the Saints and prove that with the right players on the weakest team could make a difference...

Tecmo Super Bowl on SNES plays like previous Tecmo football games, with some enhancements. Tecmo Super Bowl consists of very simple, arcade-style football. The controls are very easy to learn, and the playcalling is not overly complex. Tecmo Super Bowl is so fun because of its very simplistic nature. It's a game that anyone can pick up and enjoy without having to be a football strategian.
And unlike many sports games, Tecmo Super Bowl actually has some charm. There are many cutscenes and music tunes for events like rushing for 100 yards or sacking a quarterback. The music of the game really put me in a football mood. The combination of exciting arcade gameplay with an all-out presentation makes this a special game. Tecmo Super Bowl has the usual season mode and vs. modes. People who are used to realistic football games will be put off by the basic nature of this game and the lack of realism, but I'll take this over any football sim.

Welcome to the 90's. If you grew up playing the Super Nintendo then you know how fun this game is. Very basic graphics but hours upon hours of exciting gameplay. Get a case of beer and a few buddies and have tecmo bowl tournament.

I recieved the game very quickly, within the same week that i purchased it, and it was in good condition.

This game brought back alot of memories. It is a fun game and it is amazing to see how much football games have changed over the years. I recommend this game to everyone that wants to have a piece of their childhood.

THIS IS A BAD ASS OLD SCHOOL GAME. I LOVED IT YOUNG AND STILL DO. ITS A CLASSIC WITH CRAPPY GRAPHICS BUT THE SIMPLICITY OF THE CONTROLS MAKES IT USER FRIENDLY AND MONTANA TO RICE ON THE SLANT IS A GAURANTEED FIRST DOWN EVERY TIME.
