Technology for Inclusion by Mary Male (2002, Paperback, Illustrated)

I ordered a book through half.com and the seller was TextbooksNow.com. I needed this book for a Masters class and was greatly disappointed. I waited 2-3 weeks for the book and when it arrived it was the wrong book with the wrong receipt. So, someone in shipping put the items in the wrong box addressed to me? When I notified them, they informed me they no longer had the book that I had ordered but that they would refund me my money. So, I was without a book for an additional three weeks while I had to re-order and wait for another book to be delivered.

The customer service was horrible and I suggest NEVER buying a book from them. They made the mistake and did nothing to correct it. I am still without the book I ordered over a month ago.
