Frank McCourt has a style of writing all his own and I enjoy it very much as he does not hold back but writes what he wills about his life and his family but it it not an ordinary novel, It is the third book in a trilogy.
Having read McCourts' prevous novels, "Angela's Ashes" , and " 'Tis " I thought I knew Mr. McCourt and his family as if they were my own. I shed many tears, much laughter and felt joy for the triumph of the human spirit for that is what Frank McCourt writes about, triumph of the human spirit in the face of adversity.
