Teachables from Trashables by Emma Linderman (1979, Paperback)

I bought this book because I am an in-home daycare provider who is on a budget. I love this book because it shows you how to make great learning toys from common household items, many of which you would be throwing away anyway. These items include shoe boxes, milk cartons, bleach jugs, coffee cans, tape spools, etc. I find that children often prefer these toys over more expensive toys!
