TaylorMade r7 cgb MAX Driver Golf Club

The seller advertised the the club was real but it turned out to be counterfeit. My lesson should be used to evaluate bidding on item from outside the country. The club turned out to be counterfeit an I have no recourse to obtain a refund. I paid via western union. so the fraudulent seller has my $$$ and I have a fake club.

I believe I have purchased replica of an original Taylor Made r7 CGB Driver. I am planning on contacting Taylor Made to see when they will have a representative in the Cleveland area so that they can look at this driver to see if it is fake r7 CGB driver. I will have documentation when I contact Ebay and the seller to file a complaint.

Secondly, I have found it more difficult to locate clubs on Ebay’s updated website. I have been purchasing clubs from the club manufacture’s pre-owned clubs website.

I had previously hit a demo of this club at a local golf fair, liked it better than any of the others I hit that day (Callaway, Nickent, Nike), including the TaylorMade Tour Burner. TaylorMade rep talked me into trying it after watching me hit the Burner, but warned "don't hit it if you don't want to buy it, its that good". He was right. Very light & easy to swing, very good on off center hits and extremely HOT in the sweet spot with lots of roll. Easy to work both ways with the standard weighting, hard not to hit a draw if you swap the heavy rear weight with the light one in the heel. Overall, the best driver I've ever hit. Only drawback is the price, took several weeks watching the auctions to get a good deal on a very lightly used club - found one from a seller that looks brand new, he wanted a different shaft flex.

The seller had posted the auction bid for 9.5 TaylorMade r7 CGB MAX Driver along with its picture. The description of the 9.5 TaylorMade r7 CGB MAX Driver was also given by the seller. I won the 9.5 TaylorMade r7 CGB MAX Driver and I promptly paid the seller. After I complete the formalities of payment through the paypal I received a note from the seller, that the driver is 10.5 Taylor Made r7 CGB MAX Driver Golf Club.

The seller had posted the photo of different driver and gave wrong information to mislead the bidder. I requested for refund, initially seller agreed. After I gave a negative feed back the seller has refused to refund the money. I want the seller to refund the money first to my pay pal account, and then I will return the article. The shipping charges to be born by the seller.

Got Fake club. I retunred to person and he refund my money. Be careful guys.Its my bad experience.It's har4d now to beleive.

One of the very best drivers out right now. No crazy hype, just an EXTREMELY easy to hit driver. Very straight and the ball comes off the face VERY HOT !!! Biggest difference in this driver and the others I have owned recently ( and I an a driver junkie !! ) is the ROLL OUT after the ball lands. Just make sure you buy from a reliable source because there are a LOT of FAKE cgb's out there !!!

Best driver I have ever had and I have had them all, the driver feels like you are not hitting the ball and it flys off the club face right down rhe fairway, if you want to improve your driving this is the club for you

seller's paypal would not accept my payment......never received product, therefore cannot make an accurate assessment of this driver....

I like the fact that I was able to get a new driver at a very competitive price. eBay has been my golf store for the past 3 years now and it has not failed me yet.

I had hit the Taylor Made r7 CGB fairwaywoods at a local golf course and found them to have excellent distance and a minimal dispersion range when the weights were adjusted accordingly. I liked the light shaft and overall weight of the club which is perfect for my 90 mph swing speed. This recent EBay purchase of a Taylor Made CGB 3 Wood was at half the cost of a store sale and a great improvement over my former Sonartec 3 wood.

I like this product because it is a latest model and wellknown. It cannot be found in a 2nd hand market easily in Hong Kong. However, it is just hard to say the product whether it is real or counterfeit. Because the 2nd price is quite low. When i got the product, i still can't tell if it is real stuff.

I have a high handicap. Tried many driver, but only like TaylorMade r7 CGB MAX. I can hit the ball to the direction I want. It is very easy to hit using this club.

This club was not rated as high as the Burner, but I think it should be. The natural draw on the club works nice if you have a slight fade. Most of my drives are finding the fairway even if they are tight and hard to hit. This is the lightest driver I have ever swung. It is hot off of the face and not too loud. I replaced a Nickent 4DX draw-spec with this and couldn't be happier. I bought the HT(12*) and have no trouble getting it up. The technology is first rate. The only thing I can say negative about this club is the price. The burner runs around $200, while the CGB is running around $325 on e-bay (if you can win it that low). It retails at $500. If you are looking for a new driver to help get it up and in the fairway then this is it. Bite the bullet and buy it, you won't regret it.

Very easy to hit longer and higher.
Previously, I used titleist 905R(heavy shaft) and surely it was nice.
However, this driver looks much better.
Ultra light shaft makes me more comfortable.
It looks all the weights are concentrated on the head.
With that, it's easy to hit more than 280 yards.
I love the driver.

The driver was just as described and arrived in a timely manner. The packaging was excellent so nothing was damaged. All in all, a great deal and interaction. no complaints at all.

TaylorMade makes great golf equipment and this club is surely a testament for their outstanding quality and technical performance. It's also a great looking club, as well.

This is a top of the line product. This club will increase your yardage and is very consistant in the line you are driving. The Taylormade R7 cgb max will lower your score with added yardage and has proven to be an excellant product.

I Bought this as a gift for my grandpa, as I have the taylormade superquad. He is 63 years old and carries a 8 handicap. He was using a Ping Driver Before this, and after he played a few rounds, he was hooked on it. His drives are consistently longer, only by about 20-25 yards max, but hey its the differance of an approach shot to the green with a PW as apposed to a 7-8 iron. He loved it so much, he now owns the 3 and 5 wood also. I hit the club along with the superquad on 1 hole only. I Hit the superquad about 10 yards further, and 10 yards straighter, but I didnt hit it clean off the CGB. I sorda hit towards the toe. I think it is more forgiving then the superquad, as if i hit that far off center with it, I dont get near the distance. All in all, I love the taylormade brand, and will continue to use it. Every driver today has its perks and appeals to each golfer. Stick to whats comfortable and affordable. I have tried other off name drivers and found they can be just as good, but 10 times cheaper. thanks for reading

It was a $500 golf club that I got for $202. It was brand new in the rapper and had never been used. It was the best deal I have found on ebay.

I'm 62 and first played golf at age 40. I never used my driver because I couldn't control it. After twenty years of teeing off with my TaylorMade metal 3 wood (Burner), I purchased the r7 cgb MAX (RH, 9.5 degree, regular shaft, 45 gr.). This was the recommended driver based on multiple on-line fittings at the TaylorMade web site. I play maybe six times a year. First day out (yesterday) I shot 95, which is 8 - 10 strokes off my ave. score. Used it off every tee requiring a long drive. Based on the distance markers on the course, I was hitting up to 250 yards, something I NEVER did before, as I do not force my swing. I even easily birdied a par 5 hole. I can now use a driver with confidence. Feels great, sounds great and, yes, it even looks great. I heard some people don't like the red color (?!) of the top of the club. I happen to love it. Why anyone would not buy a club because it was shaded dark red on top is beyond me, especially after playing it. It is a fantastic club.

it was strictly about getting the best price i could on that paticular item. worked out fine, very happy with what i got
