Counterfeits. Serial numbers are easily stolen!

I have personally checked on 6 seperate serial numbers provided by the sellers here. Only one of the six was found to be authentic. That said the TaylorMade representative advised me that it has become common for the counterfeit dealers to "Steal" authentic numbers and place them on counterfeit clubs. "You won't know it until you can actually inspect it" were his words. Some dealers won't even provide you the serial numbers (BUYER BEWARE). I don't care how good the reputation, if they can't be bothered to provide you some basic information readily available to them about the club...DON'T BUY IT! I have had the unfortunate experience of receiving a counterfeit and the dealer (over 2000 positive feedbacks) suddenly fell off the map. Never again. I have talked at length with TaylorMade reps and they all say the same thing. If you can't visually inspect it first then don't be surprised if it's counterfeit. You may even have authentic numbers, but it could still be counterfeit (this means no warranty). Do your homework, take the time. If the price is fantastic then be even more wary. Good Luck!
