TaylorMade R7 Draw 3 Wood

It was love at first swing. I'm an average weekend golfer with a 15 handicap and a slight to moderate slice (depending on day & wind conditions). I have tried many 3 woods Adams, Callaway, Ping, and of course TM. I have found out that most of the modern 3 woods will perform much the same. Technology has sort of evened the playing field. In my case the main thing that set the R7 Draw apart from the others is the way it feels when making contact with a ball. The best way to describe it is hitting a marshmellow off of a pat of melted butter. I have arthritus in my hands and it hurts to make contact with the ball sometimes. With this club, that's not the case. Even on misshits the ball feels as if it was hit on the sweet spot of a huge face driver. I wont make any claims of 50 yard increases in distance or that it stays in the center of the fairway on every stroke. But knowing it wont sting my hands, gives me confidence to hit it harder and of course longer. And with confidence without fear of pain comes better strokes... In my case anyway. So yes it did add more yards and better lies than my Adams RPM Draw 3 wood or Adams Ovation offset 3 wood.
If you have bad hands like me... I doubt you will find a better feeling club anywhere.
