TaylorMade RAC OS Iron set Golf Club

These were my first real set of clubs. They are game improvement clubs so they are very forgiving. With very little effort, these clubs can produce great shots. They are offset to help reduce slices....and boy does it work! They have are weighted on the sole to give a lower center of gravity which really helps get the ball in the air. I can hit farther with these clubs than my buddies who are better than me who use traditional blades. You can't go wrong with these clubs!

I have owned these clubs for a few months now and have truly enjoyed them. I was able to improve my game enough to move up to a new set of r7xds which I also love. The OS's are extremely forgiving and do have some playibility to them. I was able to improve my score by an average of 7 strokes after only having them about 4 months and playing once every two weeks. Highly recomend.

I decided to buy the irons because it was an reasonable price.
I really regret my cgoice. I never received the items, so I have lost $375. I can not recomend e-bay to any one. There are to many fraud sellers.

I bought Taylormade OS iron set about a month ago.
I played three roubding with the clubs.
I scored 92, 91, 94. My previous average score was 100. I've never hit lower than 96. Great.
The iron set let me hit 15 yards more on average.

These are great clubs. I'm very happy with them. They are well balanced and perfect for someone like me who was shooting right at 100. Since I got these clubs, I've dropped about 5+ strokes off my game. Much of that is simply me practicing, but I do attribute some of my improvement to better clubs. I highly recommend these clubs if you have not been golfing long and are looking to play with a very good club.

I bought these clubs, because I tried one out at a local driving range. I also bought them simply because I like the Taylor Made brand. It's known as a top of the line club, so that played a big role. No more knock offs for me.

The best thing I like about the clubs is the weight that is down low and behind the ball. I hit the ball further, because of this. They are well balanced too, and I can totally feel the difference between these and my cheap $150 starter set that I bought a few years back.

Is there anything I dislike about the clubs? I haven't found anything yet and I've been playing with them for about two months now.

I had to use them clubs for a couple of rounds because I sold my old clubs and they were my dad's spares. I am a 8 handicap so I like to play and work the ball. I found that these clubs produce a consistant shot even when you mis hit the ball therefore they are good for someone who really just wants to hit the ball straight. They dont have much feeling therefore I didnt really know if I miss hit the ball or not, but this is exactly what they are meant to do, assist a player who cannot consistantly hit the ball in the same place on the face. At the end of the day, a good player will never use an oversize because they will loose the ability to control and really feel the ball.

Overall, these clubs are not for me because they are not designed for a golfer like me, I am not even going to say that if you are above a certain handicap that these clubs are for you. These clubs are for someone who struggles to hit the ball straight, and still wants the distance for a miss hit shot!! Basically these clubs are for someone who miss hits the ball on most shots.

I like the feel i get when i use the clubs. very forgiving clubs, I like taylormade irons. This is my third set. Before i bought these i had the supersteel set. got to use someone's rac clubs one day and had a very good round. decided to buy me a set love this set

Purest clubs I've ever hit. Very forgiving and provided maximum distance out of them. Would recomend to anyone.

I got my clubs within a few days of ordering them, they were in great shape and I was very impressed with my ball striking, what can I say I love these clubs and I am certainly going to praise the seller for giving me a good set of irons.I got what I asked for and am very pleased with not only the clubs but the best part about it is the price I payed. What I liked most about these irons is how easy you can line them up and how well they carry when you hit the sweet spot, I hit the toe a couple times and they still went straight lol, I would highly recommend these clubs if your a hacker like me, very forgiving.

The RAC OS is a Low to Mid high - handicapper's set. If you carry a 150-160 yards on a 5 iron- you will go a little more further with this set, about 15 yards more.
Plus I really believe that a newbie to golf can hit these clubs with accuracy, even on a miss hit. Very forgivening and these clubs can launch the ball high and with a long and straight shot. The clubs have a vibraton control and great offset can help all types of players to improve their game. These clubs are a win-win for anybody. I really can't find any cons to these clubs.

I LIKE THE FEEL OF THE CLUBS BUT I HAD READ REVIEWS THAT IT INCREASED DISTANCE BY 5 TO 10 YARDS I HAVE NOT FOUND THIS TO BE TRUE AND EXTRA FORGIVING EITHEIR I GUESS MY OLD TAYLOR MADE 200 STEEL IRONS IS ONE OF THE BEST SET OF IRONS MADE BUT OVERALL THEY ARE A GOOD SET OF CLUBS JUST A FOOT NOTE THE GUY I BOUGHT THESE FROM HAD ONLY USED THESE CLUBS ONCE AND AS I WAS ATTEMPTING TO HIT A 3/4 PITCHING WEDGE SHOT THE SHAFT BROKE AND TAYLORMADE WILL NOT REPLACE IT FOR FREE

I BOUGHT THESE FOR MY SON WHO ABSOLUTELY LOVES THEM!! HE SIAD THEY WERE A GREAT PRICE FOR THE QUALITY.

Excellent product. Decided to buy it used because I know it to be a set of clubs that can last many seasons (I have a used set like it, and my 14 year old son can hit with them very well also and would enjoy these). One or two seasons of previous use should not affect the playability. Ranking this product GOOD only because it is not brand new.

Very solid feeling with a classic look. Not as forgiving as any Callaway iron, but near the top of the Taylor Made line. For the same money, if you're a Taylor Made fan, wait for a set of TM Burner Bubble 2's.

I have a new r7 460 Taylor driver and #5 wood and enjoy the quality of the clubs. I like the feel of the irons. The irons are weighted very nicely and comfortable to my swing. I have tried other makes as well and wanted to try the Taylor made irons to see how they measure up. I have only used them twice, but do feel that I made a good purchase that I will enjoy using for some time.

I bought a 6 iron and played with it. I was hitting the ball very well with it, so I decided to buy a set of graphite shafted clubs. I am very happy that I bought these, but wish that the seller did not regrip the clubs. I do not care for the grips that he use and I will have them regripped this fall.

Love these clubs. This was purchased as a second set to be left in San Francisco so that I wouldn't have to take it back and forth. Highly recommended product. One of the best iron sets I have ever owned, as attested by the purchase of a duplicate set.

I canceled my bid, because the title and description of the item do not meet the exact condition. It is said as an "Iron set", but actually only 1 item. The seller realized this, so for the other item, he/she clearly stated or indicated that the item sold is only 1 club. He/she then did not use the term "Iron set" anymore.
So, I did cancel my bid before the time limit.

Cost to performance ratio is NICE. These are some nice OS clubs for anyone who loves the game but isn't rich.

I FIRST TRIED THESE TAYLOR MADE IRONS IN COLORADO. THEY WERE SUPERIOR TO THE CALLAWAY I HAD USED AND A BIT BETTER THAN THE PING I HAD USED MOST OF THE SUMMER. I WAS SO IMPRESSED WITH THE PERFORMANCE OF THESE IRONS, ESPECIALLY THE DISTANCE, THAT I CAME HOME AND BID AND WON A SET. I HAVE NOT BEEN THE LEAST BIT DISSATISFIED AND HAVE IN FACT STOPPED PLAYING THE PING.

Quality irons and they are great to hit, have a big sweet spot on each club and very forgiving for a mid to hi handicapper. TaylorMade is a quality golf manufacturer and didn't disappoint with these irons. Great deal!
