TaylorMade R9 460 Driver Golf Club

I took the club to the range as soon as I got it. I added yards to my drives and they were straighter. I like the feel of the club and it seems very forgiving. It adjusts easily and takes under a minute. Very happy with this driver and I'll be looking to buy a Taylormade fairway wood or two. I'm a high handcapper and I think this wood will help my game.

It's the exact club I wanted. And I got it for a great price! I would recommend trying a Taylormade R7 460. Great feel and setup.

like 460cc over original R9 with MVT too. Easier contact with 460cc and more consistent. Play easier than R7 Quad HT. Have not really tried other settings except NU.

What I liked most about the TaylorMade R9 460 is that it is one of the most solid divers that I have had the pleasure of hitting. It has a solid sound not a pingy hollow sound. It is adjustable to the way I swing the club. I have mine set to NU (neutral Upright). What I dislike is that I seem to spin the ball more. Especially when I hit into the wind. It is not the longest driver I have hit but I am a lot more accurate off the tee with it. I have sharved 1-2 stokes off my game from hitting more fairways. I would recommend that anyone looking for a new driver take a close look at this club. Good luck and keep them in the short grass.

This diver is excellent, the wrench is easy to use and change the bias. I have a Callaway Iq driver also but this R9 just kills the ball.

Excellent driver. Can contol shots with ease. Gets ball airborne with little effort and very good distance.

Have tried this club out at the local golf shop and it was great. Set the club up for closed face and immediately noticed an improvement on my slice. Hit the ball long and straight now. Can not believe one club could make this much of a difference but it did.

OUT Performed My old Cleveland and the New Launcher. Consistently 10-15 yards more distance, missed 2 fairways, both bad swings that turned into pull hooks. That's 2 rounds by the way. Plus I LOVE the sound!!! No loud tink! Just a solid Taylor Made 'pock' almost persimmon sounding :D

Great club...It has really helped me off the tee. My only beef with this is the country of origin. Why can't they make this in the USA.

Could not tell because the driver I received was not the one advertised by the seller. It was shipped directly from China and could not tell if it was an original or a knock-off. The seller sent a return label and I shipped it back to him. Have not hear back from him whether the club was or not a fake. Would like to hear from the seller what the result was.

The best driver that I have owned in 40+ years of golfing. I hit it longer and straighter, but can control draws and fades at will. An excellent buy.

I think this is the state of the art for modern golf. You can adjust the shaft for different trajectories and direction right or left, this is all done in increments. I think the price was right and the seller had a good feedback rating. I have no regrets about purchasing this item and would recommend this to and the seller to anyone.

I thought I was receiving a driver that would be delivered as listed......it was not so I went through paypal to return the item for a full refund/credit on my credit card. I will never deal with the seller again. Hats off to paypal for all their help!

This driver is growing on me. I've had it about a month and have been to the driving range once and played 3 or 4 rounds with it. At first it was a little funny and I am not completely comfortable with the adjustable head yet but generally it works well... It fits into the typical taylormade mould; its easy to hit, goes pretty straight and makes the right sound.
For the money I think it is one of the best drivers out there.
