TaylorMade R580 XD Driver Golf Club

The first time I tried this club it was in my buddies bag. He kept bugging me to try it. After 6 holes I took him up on his offer. Normally I hit my driver 280-290. 240 out and 40 left to hte right with my slice. The first time I hit this club just the sound at impact had heads turning. We did the math. 340 straight up the gut. I was impressed. A few holes later I tried again with similar results. No slice.
On the 18th we played longest drive for beers at the 19th. Bad move on his part. He let me use his driver.I drank for free!
This is a very forgiving club. I've tried some other oversized 460cc drivers in the past but never had the consistent results like with this club.
