TaylorMade Firesole Iron set Golf Club

I got these irons a while ago, and I've really enjoyed them, especially the high irons. The lower ones took a bit of getting used to weight wise, but I took to the 5 and higher right away. Distance and accuracy were both improved, and the clubs swing beautifully. A very good set of clubs still.

I bought a set of Cobra 3100 I/H thinking I deserve a new set,so I sold my s-90 firesoles on E-bay,well I hated the cobras,and resold them,I then rebid and won on a set of firesoles just like my old ones,Whew....my game is back..these clubs cut through the grass,not like most others made today that are heavy,clumsy bottoms that give no distance what so ever.Remember that other car that was so great,well thats what the firesoles are!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I don't get to play golf as much as I like, so I could not justify dropping big $$$$ on a new set. Buying a used set of high quality irons off of ebay was a better alternative. Taylor Made is renowned for its quality, so I figured it was a safe choice. My first game out with proved to me that better clubs do lower your score. I'm no expert on the technology of the various materials, styles, etc., but I do see that I am hitting the ball more cleanly, and more consistently. If you can pick up a set of Firesole irons in good shape, you won't be disappointed.
In the first couple weeks after purchasing them, I heard from the original owner. He tells me his new set of irons (which he paid 5x what he sold the Firesoles for) play no better than the Taylor Mades for.

No, they're not the latest and greatest clubs produced by TaylorMade, but even in used condition they're a great value for the weekend player. Considering that they cost around $500 new for a 3 - PW set, getting them on eBay for $150 is almost a steal. I felt like I got every dime's worth in winning the auction for these clubs. They're every bit the same club they were when new - just not quite as pretty - no function was lost due to age. I decided the TaylorMade Firesole Irons would be a good way to get a top name set of clubs at an affordable price. I've played about 25 rounds with these clubs since winning them and I've been very satisfied . . . I could have paid 5 times as much for new clubs, but it wouldn't have made an appreciable difference on the course. With a good, used set of Firesoles, I can relax and play without worrying about damage or loss. That, in itself, is almost priceless.

Best irons I've played with. When my clubs were stolen last year, I went out and bought a new set of Taylor Made's, but have since gotten rid of them for a new (for me) set of Firesole's from Ebay.

They hit well right off the bat, long, straight shots. They're comfortable, weighted well, and a great club for anyone who might need a little extra help from their irons.

You have to wonder how much improvement in club design really is possible these days. These may be 6 or 7 years old, but in my mind, they can compete with anything on the market today.

When my oldest was on the high school golf team these were THE irons But alas retail gives me A rash. So a few years later ebay has them ,now so do we Thank you so much myiron game thanks you my pro thanks you 3331Shaun Over & out

Matched a previous set we owned so no surprises. Great feel. My wife is a "lefty" so why not duplicate my "righty" set that I am so pleased with?

Everything was as expected. They were in excellent shape and arrived as planned.
Communication to and from the seller was also timely. I'm looking for other things available from them.

I purchased used golf clubs on ebay. I used them for the first time today. I love them. Although I'm still a hack of a golfer they performed just as I expected. Everything went smoothly, the the purchase, the payment, and the delivery of my merchandise. Thank you very much.

The only problem for me is that i like a club wiith a little morew offset otherwise very easy to hit and great feel to them.

they are a good set of clubs but i needed a stiff shaft, the one I recieved were regular flex. My swing is fast so I need a shaft to keep up with my fast swing.
