I believe that a golf club is something that is very personal to each person. What works for one golfer doesn’t for another.

I have bought numerous clubs because of the hype and what marketing geniuses clam it will do for my game, only to find that I was not any happier with the new club then the one I had before, often times even less.

For me this is not the club for crushing a monster shot off the tee. As a mater of fact I am only able to hit this club about 250- 260 vs. the 280-300 that I hit my oversized driver.

The Burner Bubble series woods are fantastic for what they are (Great Fairway woods)I have the Burner Bubble 7, 5, and 3 woods, the reason I have the driver is because I use it on long par 5’s to hit off the fairway so I can get on the green in two strokes.

Happy Hacking,
Nashville Tn

Being a left-handed player, I am unable to try out all the latest clubs because loaners usually are'nt available and my budget won't allow me to buy good clubs until they hit the aftermarket. I purchased this club because I like the reviews it has recieved in the past and also because I had to switch to a regular flex shaft. I bought one last year alomost identical to this but with a stiff shaft and struggled to hit it properly. This one works great for me and can't wait for the season to start. I'm not a good enough player to rate or compare brands, just what seems to work for me. I will most likely sell my stiff flex driver on Ebay to someone else like me looking for a good club at a great price. Good Luck....

Taylor Made 10.5 degree driver w/ regular bubble shaft
Review created: 09/10/09
by:

I recently purchased the Taylor Made 10.5 degree 'k' sole driver with the regular bubble shaft. While the club head is not as large as newer drivers, I love the feel of the club and have no problem with distance as I've had with less expensive clubs. Also since it is not a 'big' sized club, the sweet spot is smaller and easier to miss, meaning you can't mishit the ball and expect great results. To compensate, I've teed the ball a little lower than with the bigger headed drivers, with some satisfactory results. I also like the appearance of the club head with it's almost metal flake coating/paint.
The shaft of the club is very forgiving in the feel of a mishit or bad swing and has a light feel overall. When the 'sweet spot' is found, you feel very light contact. The appearance of the club and shaft together is in my opinion very attractive, the colors complement each other well. I'm not too fond of blah, black club heads.
Also the (leather?) head cover is one of the more attractive ones I've seen with any club.
Performance overall is better than average. A great club for someone with an accurate, smooth swing.

I have this club and love to hit it.I didn't go to the diriving range before playing a round and over drove the green. I was amazed at how easy it was to hit .Looking forward to lowering my handycap. I can stay up easily keep up and out drive those huge Pings,Callaways ect... without the huge price.

Ebay makes it easy to purchase items that are no longer available at stores, and as I have two of these clubs already and needed the driver to complete my set, it was the logical place to go looking for it.
I really like the way the items are displayed, makes it easy to see just what your buying, and the fact that Ebay makes it so safe to buy on the internet.

Bill Ioannou Vice President of a $100 Million Brokerage

In my opinion shopping on EBay takes the guess work out of wondering if I received a good price on my purchase. I am a very busy man running a $100 million brokerage firm and the only time that I have to shop is online. Ebay is the only place that I go to purchase anything from electronics to golf clubs. Thank you Ebay for taking the guess work out of shopping.

The 12 degree driver is what I wanted to try without spending a great deal of money first. The price was right for my purpose. I have to put a new grip on it and then I will see how it will work for me. In just the few shots I used it, it seemed to be the right degree for my swing.
