TaylorMade Burner 460 TP Driver Golf Club

I bought this after reading a magazine review, funny thing the face actually felt to soft for me. the club would be better for someone swinging over 95 mph, i did better with the titleist d2 and 905r. this club looks much better than its no-tp version. i used the 65 gram shaft, but i believe theres an option for a 50 gram shaft which seems kinda ridiculous to me.

It is a golf club, many have come and gone, that will continue through my golfing days.
For right now this one will do just fine, I have never gone completely astray with any Taylor Made product.
I like the traditional head of the Burner and combined with the Accra shaft it is a solid combination.

I bought this driver for a friend who liked the flight and distance I was getting with my 460 TP. He hits the ball low and hooks it a lot. The 460 TP is designed with an open face to help those who hook or want to be able to maneuver the ball. My 460 TP is 46 inches long and 9.5* loft. I changed the shaft on this one to a regular soft tip shaft to promote a higher ball flight. Along with the 10.5* loft and 46 inch lenth, it worked great for my friend. He is now twenty yards longer off the tee and hitting it straight. I own three 2007 Taylormade Burner drivers and I believe they are the best drivers Taylormade ever made. I'm sorry to see that they are going out of production.

this driver is one of the longest I have ever played. the tp graphite design shaft is awesome swing as hard as you want or as easy ball stays in play. highly recommend this club to anyone with a decent swing.....

I beat up 15 drivers today at galaxy and none had the pop off the club face like this driver. Everything felt right with this driver, even mishits was showing in the fairway with 280 yds of carry. Highly recommend this driver, especially for the price. Also, do yourself a favor and get tested by a professional, swing speed, loft, and spin are crucial for selecting the right kind of shaft you will need.

great shape. forgiving, 1-2 degrees open. 8.5 loft; very hard to find, and in my opinion will go down as one of best drivers they made

This club is solid, the face is extremly hot the ball jumps off the club. It sits very nice at address and is pretty forgiving.

At 62, playing golf for 47 years, this is the best driver I ever hit. Even my miss hits amaze me. It's one club that won't be put aside for a better one. This club may turn out to be of those rare ones that really can't be improved on. Like a '57 Chevy.

The description was as advertised, the club was very good. Seller was

square face easy to hit and long. outdrive your 4 some with this beatstick. epic shaft works nice as well

This driver is great. I'm able to work the ball easily and do anyhing I want with it. It's just a great all around driver!!!!

This Taylor Made Burner TP is such a great driver, and so easy to hit straight for the low handicapers. Taylor Made seems to come out with two new drivers a year, but they missed the boat by fazing this model out. The Burner TP will be more valuable down the road then even the newer Burner Tour TP model.

Advertised a premium club Taylormade Burner(TP) and shipped the lowest style, the draw. Dishonest sellerwho would not replace the driver he advertised.

I absolutely love this club and finally found a driver that is going to stay in the bag for awhile. With the V2 UST X-Stiff shaft, I finally got the shaft that fits the club. I can really feel the club coming through and can control this driver. The web look on the head is a very nice look I think and the club is definitely sharp. It definitely booms them out there, probably the straightest driver that I have ever hit so far. Overall a great driver, and at the price, you can't beat it. Go out and get one.

watch out for thsi!!!! get serial number on club and send to taylormade for confirmation it is genuine. jcfarsut sold me a counterfeit club. do not buy from!!!!!!!!!

Very light and easy to control. Longest of the Taylormade so far. I am not particulary fond of the graphic design on top or the closed face but after awhile you get used to it. I still prefer square clubs like the Titleist but this one is easier and the price on ebay is good. Very good back up driver.

The TaylorMade 460 TP driver is the best driver I've ever put my hands around. The Winn grip gives you a very soft feel. The head size and shape gives you confidence on the TEE. The club takes a little time to get use to so I recommend spending some time at the driving range before taking it to the course.

I got what I expected and more!!!They said that I was going to get my club head on Thursday and that's what happened.Really good people to do business with!!!

I can not believe how long and accurate this driver is. I've owned a few drivers in my day and Taylormade has really out done themselves this time. The sound and feel is amazing. A MUST BUY!
