TaylorMade Burner 460 Draw Driver Golf Club

i used to own a $75 dollar driver that i bought at wal-mart. hit it usually 225 yards and 25 in the woods. bought this club after extensive research. little do i know my incurable slice was pretty well cured. now im hitting it approx 250+yards and only 10-15 yards off center. this is with a 9.5 stiff shaft and im a 24handicap. i believe by end of season i will be under 20 handicap

I really love this TaylorMade driver. It is easy to swing and very smooth. It is a draw driver and I am left handed with a slice that shows up ever now and then and this club definitely helps eliminate that bad shot quite often. I would recommend this type of driver to anyone experiencing slice problems on the golf course.

I bought this driver last year when I was a 25 handicap. I wanted to get the ball in the air and have some accuracy so I got it with a 13 degree loft. I was amazed with how easy this was to hit and the distance it added. The draw bias really helped eliminate the occasional slice and I finally had some confidence in my driver shots!

At the start of this season I took some lessons and found my swing getting better/faster, so I started ballooning my shots and sending them too high. The solution? the same driver with a 10.5 degree loft! I am now a 20 handicap, hoping to break 90 by season's end!

I really prefer the draw version of the driver as it has a shallower, wider face than the regular burner. It inspires alot of confidence. I even like it better than the 09 burner.

The face is 2-3 degrees closed (varies depending on loft). At first this took some getting used to when lining up my shots, it felt like the clubface was pointing to the left, so I started to use the "V" design on the crown to line up shots instead...you have to trust the club and just swing!

I was a pretty straight driver, but my ball would always fade right at the last part of the drive. I tried a draw driver of a friend and did not like the look at address. With this driver the look at address is natural..and it has helped my fairways hit 20%..still have a occasional right fade but not as wide.
Distance was the same as my Nike..but I do get more carry.
Draw Bias does help..believe it.

tee it high and let it fly. if you have a slice swing this club will help you hit more fairways and long. glad i got it.

The club is super light and really smacks it! The head is a little disconcerting at first, but after bangin' out a 270 yarder you forget about that real fast. I would highly recommend this club especially for senoir golfers (I am 60) looking to add a few more yards to their drives.

was looking for a new driver that hit long with a draw.played two holes before i hit it to loosen up.hole was 395 par 4.hit the burner right down the middle to 65 yard marker. 330 yard drive.next hole was a par 4, 420 yards long.hit drive to the 75 yard marker with a draw in the fairway.345 YARD DRIVE!!! IAM 60 YEARS OLD AND IAM TICKLED TO DEATH WITH THIS DRIVER.played 36 holes that day, taking the par threes out that left 28 holes. missed fairway twice.what a great club. thank you taylormade.

This is an outstanding driver. The draw bias of the face is key because Burner shafts are longer than standard shafts by .5 inches. That makes a huge difference in squaring the face of the club at impact. Just let the club do the work; an easy swing works best.

For a used club it was in good condition. I've owned TaylorMade equipment in the past and was happy with it. I just wanted to a newer model. It's worked out fine.

I CURRENTLY USE A 10.5 DEGREE BURNER DRAW DRIVER AND HIT THE BALL PRETTY HIGH. I AM HOPING THAT THIS DRIVER WILL LOWER THE TRAJECTORY FOR LONGER FLIGHT.

I like the feel and light weight of the club and it helps when my swing changes from time to time with a nasty slice I have.

Taylormade has made my game. I feel confident about my game. This driver has put me position to move from a 17 hcp to a 12.5 hcp in two months. This also includes my 3 to 6 Taylormade burner hybrids. I highly recommend the driver and hybrids to anyone who wants to improve their game.

One of the best drivers i've ever owned. The large face makes solid contact much easier as well as forgiving for off-center hits. Almost impossible to slice; hense, most drives either down the middel or on left side of fairway. Within our group, most have gone to this driver.

I was very satified with the condition of the club and the delivery was right on target. I would buy from this seller again if I needed any other clubs.

Used it today for the first time, and loved it. Gained 20 extra yds on my drives. The 9.5 degree has helped me out tremendously. I was using an R7 10.5 degree and would actually get back spin. With the lower trajectory I get much better roll which results in a longer drive. The inset head makes a big difference and gives me confidence every time I addressed the ball at the tee box.

Played 3 rounds with it so far.... great!!! has added 20-30 yards to drive and the draw offset has been wonderful is straightening out my slice. Can now hit down the right side of the fairway with confidence... strongly recommend for those, like myself, who have been fighting to correct a slice.

Good driver, when I hit it right it flies straight as an arrow. Still have to work on my swing though.

I would recommend this club for anyone having a problem with a slice tail on their drives like I have. Not only does this club send the ball further, it will straighten out the drive. I'm not drawing the ball yet, but do hit it straight. This is a good driver.

i HAVE BEEN HESISTANT TO SHOP ON ebay for years,, Didn't know how to use it etc..too old to learn..even being from the bay area and somewhat computer savy, maybe I just didn't trust the sellers...All that vanished within seconds and it was a simple point and click I became the proud owner of my dream golf club, for one fourth the original price. it was as advertised..hardly used..delivered on time in perfect condition.. I went out golfing the next day and shot 83...not bad for an older man.. Needless to say I am an EBAY convert. Stan Spinrad
