TaylorMade 200 Steel Fairway Wood Golf Club

I would'nt have been any happier with a brand new club. These clubs perform as well as clubs selling for 200-300 dollars. I have been very happy with this purchase. I bought this club after my co-workers bought me a 3 wood for a gift one time and i later purchased the driver. I had a need for a club between that 3 wood and my long irons. This was a perfect fit.

I am really pleased with this fairway wood.The shaft and head are a perfect combination for me.I bought this club on ebay and it was as seller described it to be.A friend of mine had purchased a 3 wood just like the one I chose.He let me his a few times and all though the shaft didn't fit me I liked enough to bid on and win the one I have on ebay.The one I now have has the shaft I needed and as I wrote earlier ,I am pleased. I have the 3 and 5 woods. They are just perfect for me! I love the Taylor Made S-90 shafts. Wonderful clubs! I've had them for 5-6 years. I will never change them! I'm about a 4 handicap, so I'm no spring chicken. I live by the creed that it's not the arrow, it's the Indian. So, if you feel these woods are right for you, don't go for the new/best/most expensive clubs out there, stick with what is right for you!

these are not only great older clubs for beginners, they work great for low hcpd players as well.I use taylor made fairway rescues because they get the ball up. these are a very close match to the rescue,meaning the ball flight and playability.

proper weight and good quality for the direction control and ball flying length. It increases 10% of distance which eliminates certain disadvantage from total performance.

Let be begin by saying that I am not an Old Dog, so I believe I am capable of learning new tricks.

Turns out, this club is Sweet, no new tricks are required! It has the proper heft, look, overall setup, and strokes like a dream. The results are as fine as grains of sand. (I don't know why I said that, with this club I've kind of forgotten what sand even looks like.) I'll just tell you that it goes where you want it to go. If you want it to go a long ways, it can do that also. I'm very pleased with it; of course each golfer has different attributes, so try one out first, see if it suits you too. If you can't do that, just go ahead and buy one, you won't be disappointed.

the item matches several other items i've bought on e-bay.it makes me a complete set now and all were bought on e-bay..

Club was the one i decided i needed.Shipment was timely Quality of the club was as expected. Been struggling with fairway woods hope this will solve the problem.

I dislike that the item is coming from a point 300 miles away and its Thursday and far as I'm concerned this is very good service i still havent received it yet. I got an item fron CA in 3 days.

Love the club really, but a bad golfer is a bad golfer. I'm only writing this report to get rid of the request.
I now have the 7 and 3 wood in this series, once I find a 5, I'll be happy.

Purchased this club as a gift for a good friend, who has the Taylor Made 200 3 wood and loves it. He just had open heart surgery, and mentioned that he wished he had a 5 wood like his 3 wood, because he thinks he'll be needing a 5 wood ALOT once he gets back to playing after his recovery.

The great thing about eBay is that I can review seller items until I find just what I'm looking for, at the price I want...

To this day I feel that the TaylorMade 200 Series Fairway woods are the best on the market. Of all the woods i've played in the past 12 years the 200's feel the best and give me distance I never thought possible. I purchased the 3 wood when they first came out in 2001 and just recently purchased the 5 wood because I have had so much confidence in the 3 wood. After hitting the 5 wood again my thoughts about the 200 series were confirmed. Great clubs.

There's a reason you can still find this fairway metal in many bags today, it's simply a great design. Comparable to the Taylormade mid hybrids which I love. Low profile with a look at address that I prefer. I was lucky enough to find one with the same YS-6+ R shaft that's in my Titleist 905 driver. It's really the shaft that makes the club, something more players should pay attention to. Regular flex has the kick I'm after off of the tee with my swing speed yet still performs off the deck. for me there's a group of fairway woods that really perform, Taylormade 200, Titleist 983F & 904F and Callaway steelhead Plus. Find one with the right shaft for you and you can't go wrong.

I bought this item because because I have a three wood like this . Although this item is somewhat outdated, the item is in very good condition. It was offered at a fair price. Moreover, it perfoms well.

The seller got the item shipped in a timely fashion. Otherwise, I really can't comment on the item because it was a gift.

Had the club for a week before a member guest tourney, and it was great. I was looking forward to fairway shots like never before.
