Queen Latifah is street smart and is a bicycle messenger who is aggressive in beating her own time. She's been studying for her taxi driver exam and passes. The need for speed Queen Latifah tricks-out her ride and she is now ready for New York & New Jersey. Jimmy Fallon is a cop in this movie who doesn't drive and has terrible detective skills. He meets up with Queen Latifah who has the streets smarts, intelligence, common sense and the ride to assist. Great movie to add to your collection. Wish I had a tricked out car like this!

This is a great movie for someone who grew up watching Taxi in the 70's. I liked watching how she acted even though I'm not a rap fan. Queen Latifah sang songs other than rap, such as Oh, Baby! and California Dreamin'. The car chases were so much fun and the way that Queen Latifah's relationship w/her boyfriend/fiancée was showcased from beginning to end made it look so dramatic. This movie has so much meaning to me because I didn't get to watch it when it was released and then I didn't get to watch it when I had the chance at the airplane on my way to Sweden via London and then again on the way back in June 2005. I bought it because I knew what I was missing. All I knew about Queen Latifah back then was how much I liked California Dreamin'. It's fun how Latifah & Jimmy Fallon team up in a duo w/contrasts such as a a cab driver and a cop who can't drive

The first time I watched this movie I knew I had to have it. It is so fun, not to mention I am a Queen Latifah fan.

I was surprised at how GOOD this movie was when I watched it. It is just plain good fun! Queen Latifa is just plain funny & Jimmy Fallon is a riot as well. They teamed up in this show & worked great together with the timing & antics that were part of the show. I liked the driving sequences & the great one liners were just hilarious! This show was plain good fun entertainment & I give it a thumbs up!

Very funny movie. Queen Latifah is great and who'd have thought supermodel Gisele would be a bank robber? WOW. If you like SNL, you'll like this movie.

I FIRST SAW THIS MOVIE ON CABLE TV. WHEN I SAW IT ON EBAY I WANTED IT. I LIKE THE WAY THEY FIXED UP THE TAXI.

This is a different kind of movie, but I like Queen Latifah and she is great in this movie. Jimmy Fallon does a good job, too. It's a good movie, full of excitement and fun.

Cute funny movie. I like Queen Latifa movies she is quipy and smart elic and gets away with it. Funny little cute movie that the older kids and mom and dad can watch together. I would have rated Excellent for the film itself but it is more for young teens and I felt it had too much sexual content for the average child even with the pg 13 rating. The story line is funny and good. The relationships are good it was great lols...will watch again. I tend to like more movies that I don't have to say my youngest can't see it too. I enjoyed the male positive black role model for young black men! He was awesome for any male role model as he stuck in with this chicks crazy world! lol.. Also like the fact that a good looking male can find he falls in love with a real good looking woman even though she is not model thin!! Positive in that way as well! Too many phony unreal movies out there so that's where that comment is coming from. Jimmy and Queen Latifah were awesome! Highly recommended for a wild time makes your life look good!! Queen Latifah's Taxi Rocks!

This is a goofy movie. There are parts of that really make me lol! I enjoy the relationship between Queen and Jimmy. I first saw this movie on t.v. while I was out of town, and i had wanted to buy it for a few months after that, but I did a few weeks ago at a great price!

This is a very good movie. She is a good actor. Haven't seen a movie that she plays in that I didn't like. The movie was well worth the money I spent for it. Plus the shipping was free. Can't go wrong with that.

It's a good ,clean comedy tht makes me laugh. It isn't something with alot of sex and there is little or no profanity involved. There is a focus on a relationship that is interesting for me. It makes it more fun to watch.
