
Taste of Home Ground Beef Cookbook (2005, Hardcover)
There are so many delicious recipes in this book, all with ground beef as the main protein source...but it doesn't end there. I had no idea there were so many uses for it! I could cook a recipe from this book once or twice a week and still not run out of new recipes for a very long time. Move over plain old spaghetti and meatballs! Not fancy ingredients, either...just plain, ordinary, economical recipes that are easy on the cook and the pocketbook.
