As I get older I appriciate these mellow, low impact, stress free workouts, and this one is a gem. The whole workout is on your feet...stocking or bare feet, and there is no equipment necessary. You do not need a lot of floor space to do it. The music is very soothing, and it goes well with the workout. The routine consists mainly of yoga-type poses and stretches. During the "fire" section there is a very mild aerobic routine, but nothing that will elevate your heart rate noticeably. This routine will probably NOT help you loose weight, but it does improve tone and flexibility. And it is enjoyable (if you like slower paced workouts). I use it in conjunction with my other, harder workouts as a warm-up or cool-down. It's also perfect for days I don't feel very energetic, or I feel too sore from harder workouts...kind-of an inbetweener.
