If you are a serious Tammy collector, I would skip this book and just buy the "Collectors Guide to Tammy". This book "Tammy and her Family of Dolls" is a small paperback of poor quality, with a cheap binding that breaks apart and loses pages almost immediately after you open it up. Each time you use the book, more pages just fall right out. It must be the cheapest made book I've ever seen. The information inside is limited also, and there are not enough color pictures. If you don't know what the outfits look like, then its hard to tell from the brief descriptions. All of the Tammy Family outfits are not listed in this book either.

) Very informative not only of Tammy doll & friends & family but also dolls similar to her such as the clones, Sindy & others. Great clear pictures. Provided help in finding out about this doll,clothes, assessories, . She has more family & friends than I thought

) Though this book has some valuable information in it about the Ideal Tammy doll and her outfits and accessories, it is very poorly written and designed, which was a big disappointment to me, who is new to Tammy collecting; most of the pictures were lifted from the booklets that come free with the Tammy doll, clothes, and accessories--making this book an unnecessary purchase; there was little to no history of the Tammy doll--which is what I was really interested in; and the book lacked any logical organization; I had to jump around and back and forth to make any sense of it; but, then, I am a writer, so I am particularly hard on books
