This movie was aweful in every respect and is a very, very low standard for the talented actor Will Ferrell. Unfortunately this movie wasn't funny at all and you should never consider purchasing this movie before renting it. This movie doesn't even attempt at romance, action, or drama so any kind of quality is riding on humor and the comedy is brash, crude, offensive, or annoying. This movie would appeal only to a very select few. If you are looking for some recent quality material from Ferrall, try Melinda and Melinda, Bewitched, or Stranger than Fiction.

In all, a good movie!
This movie gives a taist of what life as a nascar racer is like, and at the same time provides a great laugh.

Will Ferrell, Sacha Baron Cohen, Micheal Clarke Duncan, David Koechner, and Amy Adams all play great roles in this movie.

I believe that Talladega Nights, although it is very funny, is overrated. I would say that there are 8-10 really funny parts to this movie (most of which are shown in the previews) and the rest is...not bad, but not amazigly funny either. Everyone says that this is Will Ferrell's best movie. This is the one reason why I think that it is overrated. Will Ferrell is a great actor (my favorite) and although this was not a bad movie at all, it certanitly was not his best. Although it is overrated, still a great movie, and I believe that you will get a good laugh out of this one.

You need to check this movie out----This movie is SOOOOO funny and SO much fun----when he is saying grace at the dinner table it is seriously one of the funniest movie moments ive ever scene!!

Movie not as funny as the trailer lead you to believe...Don`t spend to much for DVD and you`ll enjoy movie

Great movie, mostly stupid humor, but with a lot of it. Great for racecar lovers, or young adults. Simple adults may like it as well. "I P*SS EXCELLANCE!!!"

We all need a good laugh now and then, and this ridicilous movie will give you several laughts, uninhibited. Just have fun with it! There are some precious moments.

Great film for race fans and beer drinkers. I liked this movie enough to buy it, but it could have been funnier. The whole unrated thing means nothing because the movie is PG to begin with. Typical Will Ferrell nonsense but the film does have its moments. Ricky Bobby character is goofy and fun to watch.

Not really funny at all this movie is a washed out attempt at humor with a NASCAR background. Somehow the humor in this movie really flops! More insulting to NASCAR fans than fun. One of those movies that it would be better if it hadn't been made to begin with.

I am a huge Nascar fan and I really liked the movie. That kinda surprised me because I really don't care much for Will Farrell. I bought the movie for my son.
The only thing I wished they would have had was more cameos of the real Nascar drivers. They had a few. Greg Biffle wasn't in the movie but he was in the deleted scenes.

I decided to buy this movie because I caught part of it on television, but was unable to finish it. The parts I saw on TV prompted me to get it, but after watching the entire flick, I probably would not buy it again.

If you love Will Farrell, you'll love this move. I don't know what it is with him in his underwear in his movies, but it never gets old!! The gag reel cuts of the kids are great!

To be honest, I had only seen a clip of this movie and I was rolling over laughing! So I knew that I had to see the entire film. And I was FAR from disappointed. I highly recommend this film to anyone wanting a good laugh!

There is nothing I disliked about the product. It was a great buy for me because I like all Will Ferrell movies.

Funniest movie ever made i can watch it over and over again and never get tired of it! Will Ferrell is hilarious and John C. Riley just adds to the comedy in this awesome movie. Shows NASCAR in a different way, you will never stop laughing during this one.

Great movie full of humor. Definite knee slapper all the way through from beginning to end. Kind of a stupid, dumb humor. Using inapproprate language and sense of humor, should only be viewed by adults.
