I HAVEN'T REC'D IT, DESPITE SEVERAL REQUESTS AND IT'S BEEN MORE THAN 30 DAYS SINCE PURCHASE. HOWEVER, I KNOW IT'S A FABULOUS VIDEO, BECAUSE I HAVE THE CD. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT FOR EXERCISE MUSIC.
