As a former manager of the New Orleans School of Cooking in New Orleans, thousands and thousands of visitors would ask me what was the best cajun cookbook and every single time I would put, "Talk About Good" The Lafayette, Louisiana Junior League's Cookbook in their hands. Of course, I owned it too! After Katrina and a new life in Texas it came time to replace my cookbooks and the absolute first one I bought was....you guessed it....TALK ABOUT GOOD!!! Texans are as picky about their BBQ as New Orleans is about their cajun food --what fun to bring a whole lot of fun this way by using this great cookbook. And, of course, it is a great read!!!
