This book is a must-have for any fan of El Zorro, The Fox! Although Dynamite Comics is producing an excellent series right now, this volume takes us back to Zorro's roots, the prose page.Seventeen stories collected here, from a variety of authors, some of whom you wouldn't readily associate with writing for the character. The introduction is by the son of Guy Williams, who for many of us WAS Zorro, on the popular Disney TV show of the 50s.He gives us a thoughtful insight as to what it was like growing up in the household of such a well-recognized figure. I won't go into a detailed review of each story, as time and space limit me. Suffice it to say, if you like Zorro, you'll like this book!Moonstone Books has put together an attractive package, with cover and interior spot illustrations by Ruben Procopio. This volume belongs on your shelf ; it's on mine.
