Taguchi Techniques for Quality Engineering by P J Ross
This book is highly recommended to those want to understand the Taguchi philosophy for developing quality products. And it is a must have for DOE (Design of Experiments) beginners.
Regardless of your experience with statistics, this Second Edition of Taguchi Techniques for Quality Engineering, by Phillip J. Ross, shows you step-by-step how to design effective experiments to reduce variation, improve the quality of products and processes, and slash development time and costs.
This volume is a favorite book for engineering types with no background. For those just starting out it is ideal.
On the downside, not much information on classical DOE.
