My old Tae-bo tape got lost at work. Tae-bo is a great way to do your cardio. It not only helps your stamina, it tightens your muscle tone, improves flexibility and boosts your metabolism. It is amazing what a difference it will make in your life if you stick with it. Billy can get a bit preachy at times, but ya gotta like the guy. It may seem awkward at first and it takes a couple/few weeks to get your balance but if you keep up with it "I guarantee results"" just like Billy Blanks says. At first I was embarassed to do it even in front of my wife, but I got to looking pretty proffesional doing it and now I don't hesitate to do it in front of relatives, co-workers and even strangers. They don't laugh or stare at all- I think they're actually kinda impressed. If you want to get in shape Tae-bo will do it. By the way, I went from 252 pounds to 212 in about 4 months doing Tae-bo "almost" every day, strength training and portion control with my food. (I never eat more than about a small fist size portion 6-8 times a day and try to make it healthy).
