Tae Bo Kicks (DVD, 2005)

This DVD is excellent for children! Billy Blanks has a way to connect with kids and keeps them motivated. My 7 year old son absolutely loves this DVD! There are not many exercise programs for children led by a male, and my son seemed to respond to that better. He is overweight, and this dvd has helped him become more active. He looks forward to doing it. I would highly recommend it!

It's an excellent exercise program that is easy and fun to do. Great for grandmas and grandchildren together. My 2 year old grandson loves it when I tell him it is time to exercise.

It received good ratings and I also Like the way this DVD gets my Kid Moving... She loves the tape. I do it with her. Excellent Motivation.

Okay, I bought this DVD thinking it would get my four year old up and moving. I found though that she wasn't terribly interested after 2 days. BUT, I feel I must add that I love to do this workout even if she doesn't do it with me. It is a good Tae Bo workout but without the intensity of the "grown-up" versions.

Video games seem to have taken over kids now days and I so glad Billy Blanks has a fun and effective workout that keeps my kids so motivated. I want to give them a running healthy start in life!

I started working out when I was 11 years old and enjoyed doing so! I have two boys 8 and 11 that I wanted to share the same experience with at there age. This workout teaches them that exercise can be fun and effective which in turn makes them feel more motivated.

The days my boys do their workout I notice a HUGE difference in attitude and when they complete their homework.

Tae Bo Kicks is excellent for kids from kindergarten on up. I am only giving it a good because my children struggled a little bit at first and I had to push them to not give up. Now its used on a regular basis in our home and the kids love it.

I bought this for my kids. My oldest son loved it the first day..It was NEW and exciting. But, he said it was hard...
Of course it's hard..This is something new to them..When you first do a DVD workout isn't it hard for you too? Of course....So, I have taken the time to do this workout with my kids and make it fun....If they can do this workout out several times....they love it...But, you can't just throw the DVD to them and say, "HERE YA GO" Have fun...Do it with them..It becomes family time....
So, YES...I LOVE this DVD..and my kids do too..Mostly, because we do it together...and if my son gets frustrated and says, "I'm not doing it right--I'm not going to do it anymore." Really encourage them and be so proud of them for what they are doing..Who cares if it's WRONG...They are MOVING!!!! It's fun!!! It will be a success in your home by YOUR EXAMPLE and YOUR ETHUSIASM....

My 6 y/o and I do this together. Easy to follow, but challenging. She is definately motivate by billy blanks motivational cues and the variety of kids doing the program. Highly recommended especially for long winter months and/or rainy days when outside activity is not possible.

My 10 yr old tried this work out. Moves were not too hard- he followed them well enough for a beginner.

This DVD is fun for all ages. Me, my husband, and our three year old daughter all get up and do this workout together. It is a little advanced for her but she still gets up and moving,(which is what I wanted,)and gets her wiggles out while practicing coordination. She absolutely loves it and so do we.

After seeing a clip of this video on exercise TV I knew that my kids would enjoy the full monty. They have taken kickboxing classes in the past and this increases their ability to perform the exercises properly while getting a good cardio workout.

My kids have been interested in martial arts and boxing. I figured they would like the Tae Bo Kicks dvd. I used the Tae bo videos and I absolutely loved them. My kids are 9 and 8 and they had no problem keeping up with the dvd and they enjoyed the workout. They want the whole family to work out together now!! Hopefully, we won't knock each other out:)
