Tae Bo - Basic (VHS)

Love this video, lost mine and had to get another one. It is easy, but you still get a really good work out.

One of the greatest exercise tapes I have ever used. Lost my original and purchased a new one on ebay. Reccomend to anyone who wants to get into shape, loos weight and gain confidence. Fun and exciting workout. Workout leaves you feeling energized and ready to conquer the world one kick/ punch at a time.

I bought the Original Tae Bo video about a week ago and liked that the video displayed very clear in the VCR and still appeared new. I like the Original Tae Bo because its very easy to learn and follow the steps and gives you a good breif workout in as little as under 30 minutes. I was very pleased overall with the product. I've had wonderful results from the video. I originally had this Tae Bo version, but my VCR ate the tape ribbon up so I needed a replacement. This is my favorite prefable excersise video, especially on days that I don't feel like doing much excersise. I can get in there and get a good workout without feeling over done.

I love that this Taebo Basic video is easy to do and so much fun (this coming from a person that hates to exercise). You will definitely feel and see results almost immediately. You won't be disappointed at all with this purchase.

I owned this video before, but lost it in a move. I had to get it again. It is great and keeps you motivated. Fun and beneficial at almost any level. Post pardum I just didn't jump or kick as much and when I feel better I just do it twice.
