
Tae Bo Advanced- not for the weak of heart

I've been into Tae Bo for years and was looking for the original video, remembering how tough it was and wanting a challenge. This routine will get your heart rate up and help sculpt your thighs and butt with the various kicks and floor exercises. When the tempo increases for some of the moves, it can be hard to keep your balance and stay accurate, but with practice it can be done. One part I did not like was that there is really no stretching in the beginning. The kicks can be hard on muscles and joints that are cold and not stretched, so I'd recommend pausing it and stretching on your own. This is an "older" video so the background and choreographing is kind of dated, but if you’re looking for a high intensity work out that is fun and get results, this is your ticket.
