For those who are like me, too lazy or don't have time to do a 30 minute workout this is the best video ever. But if you want really good Tae Bo workout try the Basic or the Advanced video.
I love the original Tae Bo tapes. However, I simply don't have enough time or energy to get through the standard lenght. I've found that the 8 minute workout provides a great quick workout for someone whom doesn't have a lot of time to give to exercising in a day!
I've been doing this video every day ever since I received it. Since it's only 8 minutes long, it allows me to have time to do it every day, and work up a sweat!
I like the feeling of getting a whole-body workout in less than 10 minutes. I plug this one in when I'm running short on time, but still need to de-stress. Unfortunately, it's not long enough to really get the training effect going- I wouldn't reccommend only getting this one. But it's a great change of pace! And as always, Billy Blanks is energetic, fun, and encouraging.
It is one of the best 8 minutes work out you can have I had it before and lost weight doing it everyday, I lost it so now I am trying to lose weight so I know I can use it and it will work.
