The following are the points you will find in the book:
1. Christianity is not "Completed" Judaism, and the two religions are not theologically compatible.
2. The Jewish salvation program is to love God, fear God, and keep his commandments.
3. The commandments of the Torah are eternal.
4. The Torah says that man may not add to or diminish from the laws of the Torah.
5. Jesus both affirmed and opposed laws in the Torah.
6. Jesus was a false prophet.
7. Jesus was not a perfect being who never sinned and his teachings and behavior were morally problematic.
8. Jesus failed to fulfill any of six authentic Jewish messianic criteria.
9. God is not a man and Jesus is not the Son of God.
10. Jesus was `elected God' in 325 C.E.
11. Judaism has no concept of a Triune Deity (the Trinity).
12. The Jewish Bible warned against Jesus.
13. The authors of the Christian Bible employed a number of deceptive techniques to shoehorn Jesus into the text.
14. The Jewish Messiah Ben David is not supposed to die before fulfilling his mission.
15. Jesus' blood did not atone for our sins.
16. Paul was the source of Christian opposition to the Jewish law.
17. The epistles and the gospels were not written by actual witnesses to the events they describe.
18. Matthew and Luke's birth and infancy accounts are contradictory.
19. The gospels do not agree about the names of the twelve disciples.
20. The gospel stories of the betrayal of Jesus by Judas are not consistent.
21. The Jewish trial of Jesus in the gospel accounts lack credibility.
22. The Resurrection accounts are deeply conflicted.
23. The historicity of Jesus is problematic.
24. Jesus' history appears to have been harvested from the Jewish Bible and mystery-religion God-men.
25. The gospels strongly suggest that the Romans considered Jesus to be an anti-Roman zealot.
26. The Torah provides for personal salvation for gentiles.

Asher Norman has meticulously researched and documented every point he presents in this extraordinarily powerful book. It is, quite simply put, THE definitive book on the topic of the historicity of Jesus, the development of the Christian Faith, and Jewish / Christian polemics. Mr. Norman has total command of all aspects of this complex subject yet uses his vast knowledge to make his points in an engagingly written and therefore easily understandable way. It is clear that he has enormous respect for the tremendous role that Christians (and in particular American Christianity) has played in helping to civilize the world. Nevertheless, this book is aimed at Jews who, through the dumbing-down of their faith and the creeping secularism rampant in American culture have lost touch with the core values of their faith - consequently making them ripe targets for the deceptive tactics of so-called "Messianic Jews". Any Jew who has been approached by a "Messianic Jew" should memorize this wonderful book. Even if that hasn't happened, though, it is just a fascinating read - a book you may not be able to put down. If this is an area of interest for you, I strongly urge you to buy it and to buy copies for your friends, as well. You will be glad you did!!!

Excellent Bible Study! A MUST READ for Jews+Christians

A MASTERPIECE!

This is the most accurate, detailed Jewish Bible Study guide I have seen. It is well researched. The author spent many years of his life researching the Biblical history between Judaism and Christianity. This brings together 3000 years of Bible Studies in one easy to read, detailed Bible Study Guide. I could not put it down! I continue to learn something new each time I re-read it!

This book shows how early Christianity broke off from Judaism. This book details how early Christianity incorporated various ideologies from other religions including Greek Mythology and Paganism to arrive at their current ideology. Many Churches do not like to discuss these topics, but this is crucially important to understand the history of both religions.

There are detailed examples of the many mistranslations and misquotes found in various Christian Bibles, and it shows how those were incorporated into present day usage in the NIV, King James, and other current Bibles.

This book also shows how "Messianic" or "Jews for Jesus" use highly deceptive practices to try to convert unsuspecting or uneducated Jews. This book gives examples of the misquotes and the outright fabrications they tell people in an effort to convert Jews.

This book is highly recommended for anyone interested in Judaism, Old Testament studies, or in comparing religions! This book is a MUST READ for anyone involved with "Messianic" groups, or "Jews for Jesus".

A truly amazing book! It is a masterpiece!
