  Best So Far! Hardcover Book

Almost all of Ms. Grafton's 'alphabet' books have been addictive and "T" is for Trespass" is a two thumbs up! Kinsey Millhone goes up against a true evil in her newest book entry!
Gus Vronsky is known as the neighborhood scrooge, but when he is injured, Kinsey agrees to do a little background check on his caregiver who was hired by his out of town niece. Because Solana Rojas has top-notch credentials, Kinsey gives her a thumbs up. It is only later when she meets Solana that Kinsey is taken aback by her dark, complaining personality and what she feels is a 6th sense about the caregiver. Furthermore, she finds it very strange that Gus has been so subdued lately. Doing an illegal break in and entry into Gus' home she discovers a 300 lb goon asleep in the back bedroom. This confirms Kinsey's suspicion that Solana's rave reviews as a shining star are way off! Kinsey also discovers that the woman is not really Solana Rojas, but by time she makes this discovery and puts it all together it could cost her her life.

Probably the best of all her books so far!

Must read A to T - can hardly wait for more each time.

Start with direct conflict with the forces of evil as the true terror of the novel builds with unbearable tension as the reader anticipates the misery that lies ahead. The suspense lies in whether Kinsey will realize what is happening in time to intercede. I feel her pain each time. This author writes the truth.

Though set in the late eighties, this book could not be more current: identity theft; elder abuse; betrayal of trust; the breakdown in the institutions charged with caring for the weak and the dependent. It reveals startling but all too real trips into the world of now. We should all take note and try to make a difference in just one way. One day at a time. Do one little something for someone today, that's all it takes. Great book! Would love to have Kinsey's character, neighbors AND her apartment! Pulls you right in every time. Kudos!

Big fan of Sue Grafton but didn't want to buy hardback new---great deal from this seller. If you haven't read her mystery numbers, now is the time, since she's planning on going to Z. I always look forward to her next book. Never been disappointed.

This is the latest book in the ABC books by Sue Grafton. Excellent as usual. . . I was not disappointed! Sue keeps her characters and storylines intriguing and it's so hard to lay the book down. I would recommend the entire series. It will be difficult when we get to Z....no more books Kinsey books after that?????

I was a little hesitant to buy this book, even though I've read all the other Kinsey Millhone titles. I didn't know if I'd like Grafton bringing the thoughts of another character into a Kinsey book. However, Grafton does and excellent job and the book is fantastic and a great read!

Loved it. It grabbed me right from the beginning and it was hard to put down. I can honestly say I enjoyed the whole book from cover to cover. If you like Grafton then you'll really like this one. Clever villain but not clever enough.

This was a recent publication in a continuing series. I found it on ebay for much less than it was available anywhere else. Someone bought it, read it, and wanted to recoup some of the cost. I was happy to find it. Sue Grafton is a very popular author.

Grafton gave me one more novel that I did not want to end. This one has two complete cases which happen simultaneously. Don't remember her doing this before. But, in 20 I have read, maybe I have forgotten.

T is great to add to my collection.

This is classic Sue Grafton and classic Kinsey Milhone. Read it in about 5 hours and couldn't put it down. I had to buy it because I've read from "A" to "S" and this one was every bit as good as all of them.

  T is For Trespass
Review created: 10/10/08

This volume of Sue Grafton's alphabetic series is a little different from her previous works because of the dark nature. True to her style, the reader is inclined to continue reading to see what happens next. I have read all of her alphabet series and have seen her in person. She is truly a gifted writer if you like mysteries.
